Internet addiction

Is it just me or do I find the internet very addictive? I like need to check facebook like checking my fridge. I feel the need to watch nigahiga on youtube constantly. If not ryan, I have a lot of old favs which I constantly watch like Wong fu productions or kevjumba or poreotics or Fred or etc... then if I'm Really bored I read hyperbole and a half. It's not that I have no life. I watch/read them everyday! just some nights... when I can't sleep. Gah
